Merely in my ignorance, I thought they were probably super hard to make at home. I.Was.Crazy.

These are quite peradventure ane of the easiest things I could make, to actually WOW my guests, hubby, or heck… myself. 😉

  • 2 pounds mussels
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white vino
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges peeled & seeds removed
  • three cloves garlic minced
  • one chicken bouillon cube
  • i Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt preferably body of water salt if you have it
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • i/3 loving cup pimentos chopped
  • 4 basil leaves chopped
  • sprig of parsley chopped

Forestall your screen from going dark

  • Open up the bag of mussels, expect them over. Discard any that accept opened, & scrub off any excess sand, then identify in a bowl of common cold water
